Community Alert: Power, Internet and Phone Outage Throughout Sierra Unified School District

Dear Sierra Unified Families, Staff, and Community,

Please be advised that all schools and facilities across the Sierra Unified School District are currently experiencing a widespread power, internet and phone outage.

Our team is actively working with utility and service providers to resolve this issue and restore services as safely and quickly as possible. Because our primary communication systems are affected by this outage, please be aware that further notifications, email responses, and updates may be delayed.

We are doing our absolute best to keep everyone informed and will provide updates as quickly as possible as new information becomes available. We greatly appreciate your patience, understanding, and cooperation as we work through this situation.

Schedule pickup rescheduled for tomorrow:
Due to an unplanned power outage in our extended area, we will postpone today’s schedule pick to tomorrow, August 13th. All of the times will remain the same.

At this time there is limited phone and internet at our site. If you can, make sure that you have your data confirmation complete in aeries. We anticipate that we will be up and running tomorrow for our normal hours. We will send out a message if there is another update.
