SIERRA UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT

Development Fees
Beginning June 1, 2025, Sierra Unified Schoo District will be collecting developer fees on residential and commercial construction within the District.

Sierra Unified Parcels:

• $5.17/square foot for residential construction
• $0.84/square foot for commercial construction

Parcels located within Big Creek Elementary District and Pine Ridge Elementary District:

• $0.20/square foot on residential construction
• $0.84/square foot for commercial construction 

Residential additions under 500 square feet are exempt from fees.
