Thank you for your interest in participating in summer school!  Please return the bottom of this form to your teacher or the front office by Friday, May 22nd!  (Late registration forms will be accepted; however, space cannot be guaranteed.) 
Location: Foothill Elementary School  
Dates: June 9th – July 2nd Monday – Thursday (No School on Fridays!)  
Time: 8:00AM – 1:00 PM 
Holidays:  Monday, June 15th – Juneteenth (Observance) – No School  
Transportation: NOT PROVIDED  

• Drop-off time: 7:45AM at the front roundabout area.

(Students MAY NOT be dropped off early)  

• Pick-up time:1:00 PM at the back drive-through pick up area.

Lunch: BRING YOUR OWN LUNCH & WATER BOTTLE! (Snacks will be provided for breaktime)  
 
EAGLE’S NEST Before & After School Care: AVAILABLE TO TK-6th GRADE ONLY!  MUST SIGN UP IN ADVANCE!  Eagle’s Nes 
t is free of charge during the 4-week summer school program.
