Foothill Elementary was so proud to participate in The Great Kindness Challenge, a week-long, nationwide initiative that inspires students to create a culture of kindness, compassion, and respect—on campus and beyond.

Throughout the week, our students were spreading kindness in fun and meaningful ways, including:
 ✨ A school-wide Dress-Up Week
 ✨ Daily kindness activities at lunch with our counseling and support staff
 ✨ “Caught Being Kind” giveaways
 ✨ A Kindness Pledge Banner for students to sign
 ✨ A Poster Contest in the library
 ✨ Daily kindness quotes during announcements

 We encourage families and community members to model kindness at home by continuing to share words of encouragement with our students and recognizing acts of kindness you see around town. Together, we can continue to reinforce the message that small acts of kindness make a big difference.
