Sierra Junior & Senior High Took on The Great Kindness Challenge with Pride!

Sierra Junior and Senior High were excited to participate in The Great Kindness Challenge, a global movement that encourages students to practice kindness, build empathy, and strengthen our school community.
This week, our students engaged in several creative and interactive activities, including:
✨ A campus-wide Kindness Sign Search—where each student was on the hunt to find their own personalized sign and meaningful message
✨ Daily kindness quotes read during morning bulletins
✨ “Caught Being Kind” recognitions, with treats or Sierra Bucks from campus aides
These activities were designed to spark connection, positivity, and a shared sense of responsibility for making our campuses a welcoming place for all.
We encourage our families and community members to continue to talk with students about kindness, recognize positive actions, and spread encouragement both online and offline. A simple thank-you, an unexpected compliment, or a helping hand can make a big impact.
Let’s continue to come together to make kindness a daily habit at Sierra!
